So I don't know the city at all-- is the Old City really different from Philadelphia/Center City? Some of the stuff I'm reading suggests that the Old City is a subsection of Center City... someone wanna help me out? (WT-en) Majnoona 15:07, 18 Jan 2006 (EST)

Old City really is its own thing. I belive there is an actual civic distinction between Center City and Old City - as you walk the streets you will see banners for the "Old City District." Most importantly for this site - it is certainly a separate destination from Center City. I'm not sure what from the Philadelphia/Center City article is leading you to believe that it is a subsection. In actuality, Society Hill and Old City are generally mentioned together (rather than Center City and Society Hill as the other article does), and Washington Square may really be a subsection of Society Hill (I'm more familiar with Old City). As in many cases, the borders are somewhat blurry, but the different places are definitely distinct. --(WT-en) M0nstr42 15:06, 4 August 2006 (EDT)

I am - as well - not familiar with the city and was wondering where I'd actually have to go to get to the Old City. Can someone add information about the location (which streets border the Old City), walking distances from other locations and possibly a metro stop? Thanks. -- (WT-en) hscholz 16:00, 28 Feb 2008 (CET)

What's with the links? There are tons of weird numbered links that take you to unknown wiki pages. I think whomever edited them was trying to create offsite links but didn't do it correctly. Should there be individual pages on each featured attraction then a link from there? Or... what? (WT-en) Magnoliasouth 03:26, 14 June 2009 (EDT)

They are missing the "http://" --(WT-en) Peter Talk 13:30, 14 June 2009 (EDT)
