  • The Yeruham Matnas' (Local Community Center) organizes many social and cultural activities which include plays, performances, summer events, subscription series for children and adults, music lessons in the Music Conservatory, sports activities and workout room in the renovated Sports Hall, nature-oriented extracurricular activities, neighborhood clubs, immigrant absorption activities, a Yiddish choir, and communal theater group.
  • 1 Large Crater (HaMachtesh HaGadol). Israel's second largest erosion crater, after the Ramon Crater. Its edge is located several km east of Yerucham. There are hiking trails in and around the crater. Start by visiting Mount Avnon - on the road out of Yerucham, make a left turn just before beginning the descent to the crater. Mount Avnon has a magnificent view of the region. HaMakhtesh HaGadol (Q2911410) on Wikidata HaMakhtesh HaGadol on Wikipedia
  • 2 Yerucham Park (at the road junction just west of the city). Good place for a picnic. There is also a large and very shallow lake (a rainwater reservoir), however you're not supposed to swim in it. No entrance fee.. Yeruham National Park (Q6633940) on Wikidata
